Morning Yoga
@ the Ponderosa Pavilion
8:30 AM Saturday, June 10
A gentle flow class to help you move inward and restore. When we nourish ourselves we are better at all the things that we do. Taking a little time to move out of the past to enjoy our weekend of music and nature.
8:30 AM Sunday, June 11
Wake up to a gentle yoga class where we will make a full circuit of our bodies range of motion through breathing, standing postures, twists, forward folds, and hip openers.
YOUR INSTRUCTORS:
Todd Osmera
Todd’s Yoga practice is enhanced through his personal study of the Taoist, Buddhist, and Yogic philosophies. In 2013, Todd had the pleasure of studying with Sheryl McGourty & Michele Lawrence at the Yogadurango Teacher Training, learning an all encompassing practice of Ayurveda, yoga history, and how to apply this in his life and with his students. Todd and his wife Elly shared this experience, which has helped deepen their practice.
Elly Osmera
Elly grew up in Pagosa Springs and has traveled extensively, but has never lost touch with her roots. Yoga has been a part of her life for more than 15 years. Elly was fortunate to fully immerse in yogic life through a trip to Bali, where she attended a 200 hour teacher training from Frog Lotus International. Her classes are filled with asana, vinyasa flow, pranayama, and study from the yogic texts. With an extensive anatomy background developed from her massage therapy practice, she helps clients recover from injury and improve their quality of life. Elly offers a moving meditation practice with emphasis on alignment and philosophy.
Elly possesses a devotional teaching style, encouraging students to connect with their spiritual hearts, finding their inner truth and self.
